offered, if you are interested please e-mail us with
your request of further information.

HOW TO ORDER
To order please fill in our Secure
Order Form. Your details will be sent with a
secure line, you can be sure, that no third person has
access to the information you give to us!
Please when communicating with us include your address
and phone number, addresses are needed to formulate
shipping costs and a phone number where you are reachable
enables us to answer promptly any request.
All orders will be confirmed by e-mail. We will confirm
availability and conditions offered, only after you
will place your final order by e-mail or land-mail following
the detailed payment instructions you will receive in
our confirmation-email.

PACKAGING
We take the utmost care in packaging all your purchases.
Glass items usually require separate packaging. We use
paper, styrofoam foil and bubble-wrap to wrap the items
themselves, and strengthened cardboard boxes. When necessary
we use the box-in-a-box system to safeguard glass and
works of art even further.

SHIPPING
We ship all over the world usually with Federal
express. Delivery time is from 3 to 10 working days
depending distances and custom clearance time. Costs depend
on the weight of the package and delivery area.We will
inform you about the exact shipping costs in our confirmation
e-mail.

SHIPMENT TRACKING
We will provide you with the tracking number for each
shipment.

INSURANCE
By the Italian postal serviceit is offered at a fixed
cost of Euro 5,68 to insure delivery of value up to
Euro 1.549,37. By UPSthe cost of insurance is equal
to 0,5 % of the amount to be insured up to US$ 50.000,00.
Please enquire about special arrangements for higher
amounts. It is not possible to insure shipments
to PO Box addresses or to many countries of the developing
world.
Insurance refunds may take between 6 to 12 weeks to
be issued, this is due to the long burocratic process
required by the insurance company, and is in no way
influenced by us.
If you wish to cover the shipment with your own insurance
we will be happy to assist you in any way you might
need.

INSURANCE CLAIMS
Must be made within 1 working day of receipt of the
package to contact@venicewebgallery.com
and to the local postal service or UPS, the damaged
item and its packaging must be kept for postal inspection
and photographic evidence is welcomed! No claims accepted
after the one day time limit so make sure you check
the shipment immediately for external signs of damage,
if any are found report them immediately to the delivery
man, if you need to file a claim later when you check
the item you will have further proof that will expedite
the claim procedure!

CERTIFICATION OF AUTHENTICITY
Every item sold will be accompanied by a written certification
of authenticity stating the provenance and when possible
the maker and year of production.

POLICY
We offer full refund of the paid price minus shipping
expenses when the acquired item is not according to our
description and when the item is shipped back by Express
Air parcel service within 7 days of receivement with full
insurance made out in your name and in the same conditions
it was when bought. Refund will be issued within 7 working
days of receivement of returned item.
